Clubbercise (adults)
Clubbercise is Dancing in the Dark with Glow sticks to 80/90s music in more of an areobic style and dance.
Both classes have:
BENEFITS: Doctors approve, toning, weight loss, socialising, fun, letting your hair down & lots more… WHERE & WHEN?
Adult classes are £7 pop in or you can by 10 classes for £60 and can be used at any class at any time.
WHAT TO WEAR? You can wear whatever you like; something loose and comfortable is best. I suggest flat, comfortable, tennis-type shoes.
